Talk Like a Pirate Day!

Arrrr! Not much of a notice did I give ye for this fine and festive holiday, eh? I might just have to watch Pirates of the Caribbean again. Not the sequel though, that one stunk like whale blubber.

Talk Like Pirate Day has been growing in popularity for the past few years now. I hope that someday, it's as loved and cherished as Christmas itself! Ok, maybe that's a bit of a reach. How about Groundhog Day? If the pirate sees his shadow, there'll be six more weeks of plunderin'. Arrrrr!
