Trebuchet!!!!!
Boy, there's nothing like War. Estrella War to be certain. I haven't been in two years. Looks like this year will be different.
A friend has just found tickets for $116 round trip. I couldn't drive that cheap! I guess I know what I'm asking for for Christmas.
It was at Estrella War that I saw my first full scale trebuchet, hurling a tennis ball bomb into the enemy lines. I hope there are siege weapons there again this year!
In the meantime, I'll practice with this virtual trebuchet.
Normando and I watched a show the other night with an air cannon that can shoot pumpkins 4600 feet. They shot melons at cars and created wicked massive dammage. Who knew that a melon traveling at high velocities could kill?
